I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
Commisioned artworks are for your own personal use unless otherwise discussed. The client can post the final output online provided they do not claim it as theirs.
Do not remove my watermark or alter the artwork in any shape or form.
If posting the artwork online, due credit must always be given by including my name (INKXIA)
I have the right to upload your commission in my social media platforms. Inform me ahead of time if you wish to keep your commission private when we first discuss it.
All paid and sent commission requests are final. Refunds are NOT allowed after I start coloring.
If, for some reason, I cannot complete your commission, you will receive a refund, the amount depending on the progress already made.
Reservation fees are not required but are recommended to reserve your slot and order in the listing. 20% of the commission fee is the minimum rate.
The order of queue listings is by payment. Even if you reserve your commission first, if you did not pay a reservation fee, the customer who paid first will be recognized prior to your order.
Full payment for commissions upfront is the usual agreement but this is negotiable. This does not apply to commissions under 20 USD.
Once payment has been verified, only then will I start working on your commission. (Payment is through PayPal only.)
A commission will usually take 1-6 weeks to finish depending on the queue. After this time, you will receive an HD version of the artwork via your email, or google drive depending on your preference.
No NFT: My work is not for redistribution or NFT use. All rights of commissioned works are reserved to me, the artist, unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.

Due to me being on my last year of nursing school and having a lot to catch up on because of the lack of hands-on training brought about by only having online classes, I would like to apologize for any significant delays in your commission. During this time I might have to do a lot of lectures and meet a lot more deadlines than usual. Please expect about a 3-6 week extension from agreed upon/expected date of completion.As much as I want to finish your commission on a more timely manner, I also don't want to sacrifice the quality of the work by rushing it. I hope you understand.In case this setback will be too inconvenient for you or you change your mind about commissioning me, you may choose to get a refund in line with my terms and conditions. Illustration commissions/non-animation commissions are refundable as long as I haven't started them.Once again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you and have a great day!
